Client/ Trainer agreement
Prior to commencing on this health and fitness program together, there are a few terms I would like you to read. I have put these in place to ensure we both get the best out of this experience and achieve your goals.
-To cancel an appointment, you must give a minimum of 24 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in your appointment and the opportunity to reschedule being forfeited.
-If you need to reschedule for any reason, contact needs to be made before the 24 hour window. We are always happy to make more time for you, to keep you on track.
-It is essential you are punctual for your appointment. The appointment times will not be extended if you are late, and will finish when scheduled. This is to make sure others appointments are not affected.
-Payments will be made at the beginning of each week. If this is not done, your appointment(s) will be cancelled until payments are up to date. If there are issues, please contact prior to the payment coming out and we can figure out a solution.
-All subscriptions require 4 weeks notice to cancel. All payments for those weeks need to be paid before the subscription will be cancelled. Change of details need to be made 48 hours before your next payment.
We all have good and bad days, know that you can talk to us about anything. We are understanding and can usually find a solution to most problems.
My agreement to you:
-If your appointment is cancelled, you must be given 24 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in you receiving a complimentary appointment at no extra charge.
-If we are late to your appointment, the session will not be charged and you will receive a complimentary appointment.
-If you feel as though you are not receiving what was promised, or you are not progressing we will review your situation and make changes accordingly.
